The article includes work with primary data collection based on a JSS (Job Satisfaction Survey) questionnaire survey applied in a multinational organization in Romania. The findings of this study may help to stimulate further empirical research on the relationship between managers and subordinates in order to encourage and motivate a career commitment and career satisfaction.\"\/>The aim of the present study is to identify the impact of work related stress events over employees&rsquo; job satisfaction.
