This current research indicate the relationship between customer orientation and organizational performance in the Iraqi private banks, Customer orientation is represented to be an essential factor for the Iraqi private banks success in spite of a few empirical evidence to enhancing performance , this research trying to clarify customer orientation- performance .in the final of this research achieved for the role of customer as basically influence in the Iraqi private banks and this gaining in the theoretical side.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
